Product Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Monkey Rung.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Monkey Rung.

What does this limited warranty cover?

Every Monkey Rung product or accessory is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. Subject to certain acceptations. We guarantee our products to perform as advertised when properly used, and maintained.

What will we do to correct these problems?

During the Warranty Period, Monkey Rung will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Monkey Rung is 90 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please contact Monkey Rung either by email customerservice@monkeyrung.com or by phone 1-844-888-5388.

Note: Due to the complexity and constantly changing nature of these laws and regulations, it is the responsibility of the buyer to investigate and comply with the laws and regulations that apply in his or her specific area.

Order Cancellation Policy-

To cancel an order you have placed with Monkey Rung, you must contact customer support by email at customerservice@monkeyrung.com or by phone at 1-844-888-5388. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).


Return & Exchange Policy-

Monkey Rung will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition within 90 days of the shipment date. IMPORTANT: All returns to Monkey Rung must include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Note: Shipping logistics, and costs back to Monkey Rung in regards to products being returned are at the responsibility of the consumer. For assistance to return a defective product, please email customerservice@monkeyrung.com to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization).


To return an item, please take the following steps:

1. Email customerservice@monkeyrung.com to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) 2. Package product to be returned along with original receipt or proof of purchase as well as RMA number 3. Ship product to be returned Return merchandise with RMA number to: Monkey Rung 302 W. Melinda Lane suite #8 Phoenix, AZ 85027 . We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card. We are unable to exchange items.
